Someone You Love Booklet

This booklet contains information for parents of young people who are same-sex attracted or have recently “come out”. Originally produced as part of the ‘Here for Life’ Youth Sexuality Project (a joint project between GLCS and the WA AIDS Council) it was revised and reprinted by the WA AIDS Council and the Freedom Centre in 2006.

Your Are Not Alone Booklet

This booklet contains information for young people who are realising their same sex attraction, covering topics such as “coming out”, sexuality, relationships and busting myths about gay and lesbian people. Originally produced as part of the ‘Here for Life’ Youth Sexuality Project (a joint project between GLCS and the WA AIDS Council) it was revised and reprinted in 2006 by the Freedom Centre and funded by the WA AIDS Council, GLCS and PICYS.

Simply Trans Booklet

This excellent booklet contains information on transgenderism and transsexuality for young people, their family, friends and support workers. Simplytrans was produced in 2006 as part of the Opening Closets project, jointly run by GLCS and Perth Inner City Youth Service (PICYS).
